How do I place an order?

We accept online ordering only at the moment.

  1. Go to slowlystore.com
  2. Select your desired products and “Add to Cart”
  3. Click the checkout button (i.e. the cart icon on the top right corner)
  4. Double check the size, quantity and price of your selected items
  5. Pick a shipping rate, either Flat Rate or Express
  6. Click “Proceed to checkout”
  7. Fill in the complete “Billing details” form
  8. Select a payment method and fill in the payment information
  9. Read and agree the terms and condition
  10. Click “Place order”

Do you ship internationally and what is the shipping rate?

Yes, we ship all over the world! We offer different shipping options for international customers. The cost of each option depends on the products in your order and the shipping destination. Please check the estimated shipping rate in your cart before placing an order.

How will I know if Slowly Store received my online order?

Once you complete an order, the web page will provide you with a confirmation number or order number. Immediately following, you will receive an email with the details of your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] or fill in the form below.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major debit or credit cards, PayPal and Alipay only.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, there are! If you order at least 50 items from the same category in a single order, you’re entitled to a 10% bulk order discount. Please contact us at [email protected] to get your unique discount code.

Can I track my order status online?

Yes, you can track your order by clicking the Tracking Number in your confirmation email, or My Orders inside My Account on Slowly Store.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days after the date they were placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you may be unable to cancel the order.


Return Policy

1.  Refund or exchange (“Return”) requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3.  To exchange an item, please first check the availability for the preferred size of your requested exchanged item at [email protected].

4.  Please submit your Return request via our online Return Form only. Return requests submitted by methods other than our online Return Form will not be accepted.

5.  Upon receiving your Return request, we will send you a confirmation email with a valid Return Address. Please send your Return shipments to the address we provide.

6.  Since we offer a variety of shipping location for international customers, please DO NOT send your Return shipments directly to the return address on your packing slip.

7. Only Returns for misprinted, damaged or defective items, i.e. deemed an error on our part, are covered at our expense.

8. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Return.

9. If your Return is approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the original items.

10. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days subject to different banks or countries.
